Folkmusiker Hubert Dohr zu Besuch

Am 9.10.2026 bekamen wir Besuch aus Kärnten. Hubert Dohr reiste mit seiner Instrumentensammlung an und wir konnten dem Klang der unterschiedlichsten Instrumente lauschen. Ein Mitmachkonzert und auch das Ausprobieren der Instrumente rundeten das Programm ab.

Wandertag nach Söchau

Bei herrlichem Herbstwetter marschierten wir am 30. September über die Felder nach Söchau. Zuerst wurden wir von den beiden Damen des Gartens durchs Gelände geführt und hörten viel Wissenswertes. Nebenan in der Bäckerei Wilfling gönnten wir uns ein selbstgemachtes Eis und eine Pause auf dem Spielplatz.

Danach besuchten wir den Pferdehof Urschler mit all den anderen Bewohnern. Ponys wurden gestriegelt, die Ziege durfte mit den Kindern spazieren gehen und teilweise wurden die Tiere auch gefüttert.

Mit dem Zug fuhren wir nach diesem Abenteuertag nach Übersbach zurück.

Musik macht das Leben sichtbar

Am Freitag, 18.9.2026 bekamen wir Besuch von Wolfgang Niegelhell mit seinem Assistenzhund Amadeus.

Nachdem Wolfgang in jungen Jahren erblindet ist, erzählte er uns aus seinem Alltag: wie er mit den Fingern das Lesen gelernt hat, wie er das Essen auf seinem Teller findet, wie ihn sein Hund durch den Tag begleitet.

Am Ende des Besuchs spielte er uns auf der Panflöte vor.

Wir danken an dieser Stelle herzlich den Mitgliedern des Rotary Club Fürstenfeld, dass sie diesen Besuch für unsere Kinder ermöglicht haben.

Gemeinsame Jause am 6.7.

Die Kinder der 2. Klasse haben durch die Teilnahme an einem Projekt 100€ bekommen. Heute haben sie die Kinder der 1. Klasse auf eine gemeinsame Jause eingeladen. Gemeinsam wurde im Vorfeld beraten und kalkuliert, was alles für eine gute Jause gebraucht wird bzw. wie viel sich mit dem Geld ausgeht.

Gleich in der Früh wurde alles eingekauft und danach gemeinsam vorbereitet. Das angerichtete Jausenbuffet hat genau so gut geschmeckt wie erwartet!

Murmelspiele

Über einen längeren Zeitraum haben die Kinder der 3. und 4. Stufe an ihren Murmelspielen getüftelt und gebaut. Heute konnten sie ihre fertigen Werke vor allen Kindern der Schule präsentieren. Besonders lustig war dann das gemeinsame Ausprobieren und Spielen.

Besuch von der Feuerwehr Übersbach

Herr Kevin Schwarzenberger, Herr Matthias Musil, Frau Melissa Pfingstl und Herr Max Wagner besuchten den Kiga und die VS Übersbach am 1.7.2026.

Ein sehr informativer Vormittag, der Hausalarm führte zur Räumung des Gebäudes. Das Feuerwehrauto wurde den Kindern näher gebracht, auch der Atemschutz wurde den Kindern erklärt. In der Pause gab es ein Eis und im Anschluss wurde eine Wasserschlacht auf dem Fußballplatz veranstaltet.

Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich für diese gelungene Vorführung und die herrliche Abkühlung!

Badetag im Freibad Söchau

Um der Hitze zu entkommen erfrischten sich die Kinder der VS Übersbach am 24.6.2026 im Freibad Söchau.

Unser Lieblingsbad ist nun wunderschön renoviert, wir sind begeistert!

Gesundes Jausenbuffet

Im Mai organisierten Frau Wagner und Frau Mag. Kanitsar das gesunde Jausenbuffet mit den Kindern der 2. Schulstufe. Herzlichen Dank den beiden Damen für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung dieses kunterbunten Wohlgenusses!
